The Mossy Bluff Trail is a great trail for those looking to experience the Arkansas Ozarks. The trail winds along a wooded bluff overlooking the Little Red River below Greers Ferry Dam. This scenic overlook offers a panorama view of Greers Ferry Dam, the National Fish Hatchery, and Little Red River.
This trail is 0.80 miles long and does not loop back to the start, however it can be connected with other trails in Greers Ferry Lake State Park for a longer outing. Pets are allowed on this trail as long as they are kept leashed at all times. Hikers should also note that there are no parking fees or entrance fees associated with this park, but we recommend bringing plenty of water and snacks because there are no facilities either!
