Three bases, three counties, and a few long drives.
501 Pressure Washing runs out of Conway, Fairfield Bay and Heber Springs. Between them they cover most of central Arkansas — the Highway 65 corridor north, the Greers Ferry Lake towns, and the larger towns east and southeast.

Why three bases
The lake is an hour from Conway.
Greers Ferry Lake and the towns around it are far enough from Conway that running everything from one place would make small jobs out there impractical. Working from Fairfield Bay and Heber Springs as well means a single deck or one cabin roof is worth doing on its own instead of having to be bundled up to justify the drive.
It also means the lake work gets done by somebody who is there anyway rather than by somebody treating it as an expedition. A large share of the year’s work is lake property — shaded elevations, docks, boat barns, decking over slopes — and it needs a different approach from a subdivision in Cabot.
The honest limit is distance. Mountain View, Marshall and Leslie are real drives, and work out there is grouped into a single visit rather than run piecemeal. That is said up front rather than discovered when a trip charge appears.

Faulkner County
Home ground. The shop is in Conway and these are the short runs.
Van Buren County
One of the bases is in Fairfield Bay, so this county is covered from inside it.
Cleburne County
Heber Springs is a base too, and the lake around it is the heaviest concentration of lake work.
East and southeast
Larger towns out toward White, Lonoke and Pulaski counties.
The longer drives
Genuinely far out. Grouped visits rather than single jobs.

How far do you actually go?
Out of Conway, Fairfield Bay and Heber Springs, across Faulkner, Van Buren and Cleburne counties, with regular runs east to Searcy and Cabot. Mountain View, Marshall and Leslie are covered as grouped visits rather than single jobs, and we will say so rather than pretend distance makes no difference.
Do you charge more for the far towns?
Distance is part of the quote, not a surprise line on the invoice. Everything is priced before it is booked.
My town is not listed. Do you cover it?
Ask. The list is where the regular work is, not a fence. If it is near a run that already happens, it is usually workable.
Which towns are quickest to book?
Anything close to the three bases. Conway, Wooster, Greenbrier and Vilonia from the shop, and Fairfield Bay, Heber Springs and the lake towns from the two lake bases.
