One county, two climates
The lake side and the valley side behave differently.
Van Buren County covers both the open Highway 65 and Little Red River corridor around Clinton and the wooded lake country east of it, and those are genuinely different environments for a building to stand in. The valley gets more sun on more walls. The lake side is under canopy and beside water.
That difference shows up in how often a property needs attention. A house in the open near Clinton can go the full one-to-two-year cycle comfortably. A cabin under continuous tree cover near Choctaw or in the Bay will look ready sooner, and the shaded elevation may never fully clear between washes.
Away from both, the north of the county turns to farms, timber and back roads. Out there the barns, sheds and fence lines are usually in worse shape than the house, simply because nobody thinks of an outbuilding as something that gets cleaned.

Yes, in Fairfield Bay. That is one of three places the business runs from, along with Conway and Heber Springs.
Which parts of the county get the most work?
The lake side. Fairfield Bay, Choctaw and the shoreline property around them make up a large share of it, because wooded lake lots are the hardest environment for exterior surfaces.
Do you go out to the remote parts?
Yes, including Dennard and the back roads. On a rural property it is worth quoting the house, the drive and the outbuildings together rather than booking separately.
