HomeAreas We Serve › Center Ridge

Cattle country, closer to Conway than it feels.

Center Ridge is a rural crossroads community out on the Highway 9 side of Conway County, roughly forty miles from the shop. Open cattle pasture, hay fields, hedgerows and creek bottoms with patches of oak and hickory — more farm than forest.

Closer to Conway than most of the lake towns. House washing $330–$700, driveways $100–$800.

Open ground

More sun here than in the hills.

This is Arkansas River Valley and Ozark-fringe landscape rather than lake bluff country. Rolling uplands with a lot of cleared pasture means considerably more direct sun falling on buildings than there is thirty miles northeast, and that genuinely slows down how fast growth takes hold.

What replaces it is agricultural grime. Dust off gravel roads and worked fields, exhaust and mud on a farm drive, and the general film that settles on anything near moving equipment. It reads as dinginess rather than green, and it comes off with pressure rather than needing dwell time.

Property runs to houses on acreage, farmsteads, small highway subdivisions and manufactured homes. It is a commuter and agricultural community rather than a recreation one, so the buildings are working buildings and the drives take real traffic.

What we do here

Every service, in Center Ridge.

Everything runs here. On a farm property the drive and the outbuilding aprons usually matter as much as the house.

Straight answers

Center Ridge questions.

What is different about a farm property?

It is dirt more than growth. Field dust and gravel traffic leave a film that responds to pressure, where a shaded lake house needs solution and dwell instead.

Can you clean equipment aprons and shop floors?

Yes. Concrete flatwork takes 3,000 to 4,000 PSI on a surface cleaner, which is the right tool for oil and traffic film.

How far out do you come on this side?

Across Conway County and up the Highway 9 and 65 corridors.

Nearby

Other towns on the same run.

Center Ridge sits west of the main Highway 65 run, worked with the Conway County side.

On a working property the concrete usually shows it first. One picture is enough to price it.
