Marshall is the Searcy County seat at around 1,050 feet, in rugged forested karst country north of the lake. It is the longest regular run on the list, and it has a stock of genuinely old buildings — the 1889 courthouse among them — that need treating accordingly.

Old buildings, steep ground
Age is a reason to use less pressure, not more.
Historic timber, soft old brick and lime mortar are the surfaces most easily damaged by careless washing, and there are a lot of them around this part of Searcy County. A setting that is harmless on modern brick veneer will lift paint off nineteenth-century weatherboard or open a mortar joint that has stood for a hundred years.
So the rule that governs everything else governs it harder here: the surface sets the pressure. Painted timber and old brick get low pressure with dwell time, in the 500 to 1,500 PSI range for masonry, and the dwell rather than the force does the cleaning.
The terrain adds its own problem. Steep slopes, narrow valleys and heavy forest mean access is genuinely variable, and a property that is straightforward to reach can sit next to one that is not. That gets settled at the quote rather than discovered on the day.
