What is the fastest way to get a price?
Send a photo of whatever is bothering you. A picture of the worst wall, the roof slope or the drive is usually enough to give you a number and what is inside it, without anyone needing to walk the property first.
Do I need to be there?
No. All the work is exterior. Plenty of properties get done while the owner is at work or, on the lake, while the house is empty.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. Every property is quoted before anything is booked, and the number comes with what is included in it.
How soon can you come out?
That depends on the week and where you are. Anything near Conway or Fairfield Bay is easier to fit in than the long runs north. Call and you will get a straight answer rather than a guess.
