These terms cover the use of 501pressurewashing.com and work carried out by 501 Pressure Washing, Conway and Fairfield Bay, Arkansas.

What is on this site

The pages here describe the work we do and the surfaces we do it on. Prices shown are typical ranges for the kind of job described, not quotations. Every property is quoted individually before anything is booked, and the quote is the number that counts.

Working pressures given on these pages — about 100 PSI on siding, under 100 on asphalt shingle, 3,000 to 4,000 on concrete flatwork, 500 to 1,500 on brick and pavers, 500 to 1,200 on wood, up to 300 on gutters — describe how we work. They are stated so you can see the method, not as a specification you are being asked to agree to.

Quotes and booking

• A quote is based on what we were shown or told. If the property turns out to be materially different, we will tell you before starting rather than adjusting the bill afterwards.
• Work is scheduled by agreement. Exterior cleaning depends on weather, and a job may be moved for it.
• You do not need to be present. The work is outside.

What we are responsible for

We take reasonable care of the property we are working on. Landscaping and planting are protected and covered before any cleaning solution is mixed.

We are not responsible for pre-existing faults that a wash reveals or that fail during normal cleaning — failing sealant, loose or already-damaged siding, rotten timber, cracked glazing, defective gutter fixings, or paint that was already lifting. If we see something like that, we will point it out rather than working around it quietly.

Some staining does not come out. Old oil in unsealed concrete, rust that has soaked in, and anything that has already stained through a surface may lighten rather than disappear. Where that looks likely, we say so before the job rather than after.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed with the quote.

Photographs

We may photograph work for our own records and for use on this site and our social media. Addresses are not published with them. Tell us if you would rather we did not, and we will not.

The text, photographs and layout on this site belong to 501 Pressure Washing. You are welcome to link to it. Please do not copy the content onto another site.
