This policy covers 501pressurewashing.com and 501 Pressure Washing, an owner-operated exterior cleaning business based at 1835 Tyler St Ste 5, Conway, AR 72032, with a second base at 117 Meadowcliff Cir, Fairfield Bay, AR 72088.

What we collect

Only what you send us. If you telephone, we have your number. If you email or text, we have your email address or number, whatever you wrote, and any photographs you attached. If you give us an address so we can quote a property, we have that address.

We do not ask for payment card details through this website, and there is no facility on it to enter them.

What we use it for

• Working out what a job involves and what it costs.
• Getting back to you about that quote.
• Scheduling and carrying out work you have agreed to.
• Keeping a record of what was done at a property, so a later visit starts from the right place.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

Photographs of work

We photograph jobs, and some of those photographs appear on this website and on our social media. Those images show property, not people, and we do not publish the address alongside them. If you would rather your property was not photographed at all, or not used anywhere public, say so and that is the end of it — before or after the job.

This website

The site is a set of static pages. It does not require you to create an account, and there is nothing on it to log into.

Pages may load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google to fetch them. Links out to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Yelp go to those companies’ own sites, which have their own privacy policies and are not under our control.

How long we keep it

Quote enquiries and job records are kept as long as they are useful for servicing the property or for ordinary business records. If you want your details removed, ask and we will remove them, other than anything we are required to retain.

Children

This is a service for property owners and occupiers. The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
